What could you possibly do to make raw cashews even more delicious than they already are? Well, let us tell you that we had to think very hard. In the end we decided that in order to make these delightfully nutritious snacks even more sublime, we would add a 'superfood disguise'. Nothing more than a touch of sea salt and dollop of organic honey was needed. And we did decide to dry-roast to breing out as much flavor as possible. It's just the right crunchy texture, and the perfect sweet / salty combination you've been after. You’ll love them as a treat any time of day!

Storage Tips & Shelf Life
Because these are dry-roasted and coated, they will maintain freshness longer than raw cashews. Store them in the fridge for up to 12 months, or for up to 6 months at room temperature in the pantry. If you decide to purchase them in bulk, they can be frozen for more than 2 years.

Although many of our customers snack on these little morsels on their own, they are a great addition to all kinds of food dishes. They work well in essentially any stir-fry or pasta dish, as well as just about any dessert.
